What we can help with

What we can't help with

Because we are not the issuer of any gift card listed on this site, we cannot:

  • Tell you the balance on a specific card.
  • Replace a lost or stolen card.
  • Process refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.
  • Resolve issues with a card you bought from a retailer.

For any of those, please contact the card's issuer directly — that's the brand printed on the card itself (Vanilla, Canada Post, Walmart, etc.). The "Issuer site" link on each card's directory entry is the right starting point.

Important: Never email us your gift card number, PIN, or security code. There is no situation in which we need that information, and sending it would put your card at risk. If a website or person ever asks you to share those details outside the issuer's official site, treat it as a phishing attempt.

Response times

We typically reply within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Time). Urgent fraud reports are prioritized. Please be patient with us — this is a small editorial project, not a 24/7 support desk.

Reporting fraud or impersonation

If you believe a website is impersonating GiftVerify Guide or using a similar name to mislead users, please email us at hello@itjoker.com with the URL and any screenshots you can share. We take impersonation seriously and will work with hosting providers and search engines to get fraudulent sites taken down.
